Now to be clear, I don’t mind cleaning but it’s about cleaning someone’s else lack of respect. Steering was a mess, I cleaned a bit with my vest on the handle. My intake, it’s 600$ (yes I can clean it, yes it should filter but ffs), should be obvious to cover it up, you covered my floor lol. I « almost » had an accident because there was oil on my brake pedal, my shoe just weee. Nearly 200$ for all that. Their Aqua whatever, just take a RainX product, it’s the same stupid thing
This is probably the worst place and worst customer service. They barely rustproofed my car and i paid for the whole service. Only to be back the following day to make a complaint and find a resolution there directly. The first person that i spoke to (supervisor) named Ramony was so unprofessional and disrespectful. He started saying racist prompts about my dad being a Mohammed. (Assuming that we were arabs but he was totally wrong and that his comment was not in its place) Unacceptable and kept cutting me off and raising his voice tone. Then I spoke with the person in charge of the complaints (Jean) if i remember correctly. He explained the situation to me and also apologized for his collegues behavior. All that to say that I was overly unsatisfied with the service and considering that I paid in full and no refund was possible based on them. Very racist and would never recommend this place to nobody!!!!

So after going to metropolitan I did some work on my car and when I realized that two inner door panels were not sprayed, most of the undercarriage was not sprayed and the engine bay as well. I was wondering why it took them so fast to do my car. I do not recommend anybody go there. On top of it all when I got my car back it smelled of clutch so bad. If you can't drive manual you should not be working in a car place. They hire anybody. These people have no clue what they are doing. They are not professional. I went to dura tech with my other car and they did a fantastic job. Go to duratech and save yourself to trouble. On the metropolitan service road in St Leonard. The anti-rusted my other car from top to bottom that it was bombarded with product. Then they wash the inside and outside of it so clean.
It’s the third time i go for my SUV, out of the 3 times I got sprayed less then normal, seems when we go there it’s more of a race to see how many cars can be done. This time around the row next to the window was spraying much better then the far away row, especially when the tech that had really short hair, around my wheels I can see that he barely sprayed. So for my other car I decided to go to Pierrefonds metropolitan rustproofing there is only one entrance and I can see that it’s more of doing the work properly
They have no respect or gratitude for their clients. They are closed weekends and will not serve anyone without an appointment regardless of nobody being in line.
Why would anyone take a day off or go out of their way to be treated so rudely when they can have a rustproofing when they put on or off their winter tires.
Worst attitude to client i met from all garages i visited In Montréal,
(Try to ask to apply anti-rust under doors from outside, and on corners, and watch their attitude against you)
The fact they have a lot of clients, so they want to save antirust materials,
Look at what happened to my car after 3 years treatment at Metropolitan,
The popular name (Metropolitan) does not mean a good job.

The same number called at 8:30 am. I missed the call. Voicemail said "I am Ramni call me back" with no number, he sounded like the same guy but a little sobered …
